$112 Monthly Fitness Benefit

FitOn Health provides a $112 monthly benefit that you can use for:

This is not a cash benefit, and it does not carry over month to month.

How To Register (see visual on this page)

  1. BCBS Members go to their BlueConnect Member Portal
  2. Navigate to the “Coverage Section”
  3. Click on the “Visit FitOn Health link”
  4. Set up account and profile, including all of your “about me” information.
  5. Receive a verification code by email.
  6. Obtain your FitOn Health Member ID # (this is not the same as your BCBS ID #)
  7. Search for participating locations in your area.
  8. Select the gym or classes you want to participate in.
  9. Once you select your gym and start your membership, your gym membership will renew automatically each month.

You may use your benefit at an In-Network or Out-of-Network gym.  If you do not see your gym of choice listed, simply search the name of the gym.   Once found, Select “Purchase Membership” and you will be provided a digital payment card that can be used at your selected facility.

Please ensure that you complete your entire profile during registration. If you fail to input this information, there may be an error with your birthdate.
